Everything felt bright.
When I got involved in a fight,
Nothing seemed right.
I always wanted to be polite,
But my feelings caught fire and did ignite.
I wanted to hold you tight,
But you always left me alone at night.
You slipped away from me like a kite,
And things changed more than just slight.
Now I have completely realized,
Relations don’t change overnight,
Everything happened right before my sight.
